and almost all senior level candidates need to attest their certificates.

Candidates seeking jobs in these countries can get their attestation
done prior to the interview as it reduces processing time considerably.

(s) into Arabic.

for visa processing.
Visa Services
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
On receiving the candidate's FIT medical report and attested certificates,
we inform the client to issue the PTA. The air ticket is mandatory
to submit all documents to the consulate for visa stamping. Alternatively,
the client advises us to issue the air ticket on their behalf. Normally
visa stamping take up to 7 days, but in some cases (Religion Ratio,
certificate not matching the visa category etc) the process gets delayed.
In such cases the client has to fax a letter to the Consulate and
also contact the Consular over phone requesting them to accept the
passport.
United Arab Emirates:
On receiving the FIT medical report and attested certificates, these
documentss are sent along with the photograph and passport copy to
the client for applying for visa. Normally it takes 30 to 45 days
to get the visa. Once we receive it, the client sends PTA or advises
us to issue the air ticket on their behalf.
Oman & Qatar:
On receiving the FIT medical report, it is sent along with the photograph
and passport copy for applying for visa. Normally it takes 30 days
to get the visa. Once we receive it, the client sends PTA or advises
us to issue the air ticket on their behalf.
Kuwait:
On receiving the FIT medical report, it is sent along with the photograph
and passport copy for applying for visa. Normally it takes 30 days
to get the visa. Once we receive the visa, the candidate is again
sent for the Kuwait Consulate medical examination. The client sends
PTA or advises us to issue the air ticket on their behalf. All the
documents are submitted to the Consulate for visa stamping, which
takes a maximum of 7 days. Visa fees are Rs3000/- For Residence, There
is no visa Endorsement from India. Visa will be issued from Kuwait
upon arrival.
Immigration Services
For all countries: Once the visa is stamped and
if the candidate does not have ECNR (Emigration Check Not Required)
on his passport, then the passport has to be sent to Emigration Office
for clearance. To ensure this, an Indian Embassy attested Demand Letter,
Power of Attorney and Employment Contract is required. This process
will take 2 to 3 days provided all documents are available.
Evidently, this tedious process and the subsequent
delay can be avoided if the candidate gets the ECNR stamped on his
or her passport at the local passport office. This is mandatory and
can be done even before they apply for a job. All they have to do
is present their Diploma/Degree/ITI certificates at the local passport
office.
Deployment Services
For all countries: Once the visa processing is
completed and visa is available, the candidates and the client are
informed and the travel date is fixed. Senior level candidates require
a minimum of 30 days' time to travel as they have to give notice to
their present employer.
For lower category candidates (and the candidates
who are ready to travel immediately) the tickets are confirmed in
coordination with our Travels Department. The candidates are called
to our office a day prior to their departure and the candidates are
seen by our the Visa Processing Officer. He briefs them about the
travel procedure: luggage they are allowed to carry, reporting time
at the airport and so on. A personal file of the candidate, signed
by the Processing Officer, the Accounts Department and finally by
the Managing Director, is handed over to him or her. The candidate
has to take the file and present it to the client on joining.
Further, our Public Relations Officer meets the
candidates at the airport, handing over their passports and visas
and guiding them about airport procedures. We have a foreign exchange
counter where candidates can exchange Indian currency into the currency
of their destination country.
