At Jerry Varghese, we use some of the most modern hiring assessment tools, including psychometric tests. The world over, psychometric testing is employed to determine personality traits and aptitudes. Psychometric personality testing measures attitudes, habits and values. We often incorporate personality questionnaires in our application form; it tells us if a particular candidate is attitudinally suited for the job and if there's an appropriate cultural fit.

Aptitude testing, on the other hand, assesses the candidate's abilities in areas directly related to professional competence. While these tests help us get a better understanding of the candidate's capabilities, they also offer the candidates an opportunity to display their skills and enhance their prospects of getting employment.
