Description

The engineer at this level has a high degree of technical knowledge and has become a recognized specialist in non destructive testing ( NDT ) including dye penetrate testing, fluorescent method, magnetic particle detection, eddy current and ultrasonic test. He should have a wide back ground of experience in application and consequent preparing result reports of all above stated methods of NDT testing on Gas Turbine components and general engineering spares and equipments
Leads a group of engineers undertaking work in the specialty. Recommends modifications to existing or new engineering works in line with technological developments Reviews progress of lower level engineers and recommends development as appropriate. |
