The engineer at this level has a high degree of technical knowledge and has become a recognized specialist. in the field of pumps, valves, tanks, pipes, compressors and all other general engineering equipments especially those related to gas turbine power plants and its auxiliaries. Leads a group of engineers undertaking work in the specialty. Recommends a modification to existing or new engineering works Reviews progress of lower level engineers and recommends development as appropriate.
