BS Engineer. Bachelor Degree with Minimum experience of 15 years in administration and coordination of maintenance contracts. Experience dealing with maintenance contractors. Strong SAP experience is required. The candidate must provide guidelines to Contracts Coordinator in order to get support from maintenance people to develop scopes of work for maintenance activities to be executed via contractors, during normal operation of the refinery and turnarounds. Similarly, the candidate will be responsible to Supervise to the Contracts Coordinator and provide guidelines about how to develop Evaluation Criteria and preliminary cost estimation for maintenance contracts. Also, will Coordinate and manage all activities related to administration of Maintenance Contracts including developing of tools for processing progress payments to contractors using SAP
