BS Engineer or Technician. Engineer at university level with at least 12 years experience or technician with at least 15 years experience as maintenance execution area supervisor in refineries. The candidate must lead, manage and control the short term routine maintenance execution related to process plants and utilities including corrective and preventive maintenance. Leading and Coordination of his particular Area Maintenance, which includes Planner, Supervisors, Scheduler, Inspection Coordinator, etc. Also, schedules, organize and facilitates daily maintenance meetings with Area Operations Superintendent and the Maintenance Coordinator and Planners to analyze and priorities daily notifications, and to update weekly schedules. Knowledge about cost controlling and budget are required.
