| Jubail O& M Company Limited (JOML) is a newly
established company in Saudi Arabia that will operate and maintain Marafiq IWPP
for 20 years starting April 1, 2010. The Plant itself is the largest Combined
Cycle in the world with output of 2,754 MW of Electrical Power and 800,000
cubic meter of water per day. JOML is owned by Suez Energy International
