PURPOSE OF ROLE: . Identify and develop Sites improvement opportunities, and to translate them into actionable Site tasks and plans. . Accountable for monitoring and challenging the Sites performance against the developed targets of Strategic Business Units (SBU) and Manufacturing Director. . Accountable to report performance reports and analyses to the relevant BU’s on a monthly/quarterly basis. RESPONSIBILITIES : . Supervise the performance monitoring of the affiliates and is accountable for the identification of performance gaps. . Support Sites in performing root cause analysis in case of performance deviations deviations . Work with AMP Lead in developing short-term actions and targets in order to fill the gaps identified. . Interface with Sites in developing plans to address these actions and targets . Support the Sites in the development of financial cost and benefit estimates for Site improvement opportunities. . Follow up on the progress of the improvement projects run by the affiliate. . Provide monthly / quarterly reports outlining Site performance against plan and appropriate analyses to relevant parties. . Enable transparency in internal peer performance to support recognition of Site achievements in meeting targets. . Support the AMP Strategy & Planning department for stretch target setting. EDUCATION & TRAINING . University engineering degree. EXPERIENCE : Minimum 8 years experience in production planning and / or analysis in chemical, petrochemical industries or refineries, with substantial exposure to operational and technical activities.
