:
|
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
. Developing and implementing Area Asset Strategies. Accountable for translating Asset Network Strategies into actionable Affiliate tasks and plans
. Accountable for supporting Site business plan development and target setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
. Provide Analyses and develop potential area asset strategies.
. Manage team in translating Area Asset strategies into short-term actions, plans and targets.
. Interface with Affiliates in developing plans to address these actions and targets.
. Manager team in challenging Affiliate business plans and assumptions and supporting Affiliate business plan development and target setting.
. Ensure that Sites work with other manufacturing entities (MCE,MCC,AMS) to help develop reasonable stretch targets.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
. University engineering degree.
EXPERIENCE :
Minimum 8 years experience in production planning and / or analysis in chemical, petrochemical industries or refineries, with substantial exposure to operational and technical activities.
