PURPOSE OF ROLE: Identify and develop potential value-adding area manufacturing service offering for the manufacturing sites within the area. RESPONSIBILITIES : • Establish a process to identify potential value-adding manufacturing service offering in the area. • Participate in the service development project team to assess each potential service offering. • Obtain and analyze data from the manufacturing sites to develop a model and business case for each service. • Develop comprehensive implementation plan for each viable service covering resourcing, training, facility requirements, etc. • Establish and maintain working relationship with Service Development department in other geographical area to share learning and information about service opportunities and development status EDUCATION & TRAINING : University engineering degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrument EXPERIENCE : Minimum 8 years experience in petrochemical plant or refineries, with substantial exposure to operational and technical activities.
