PURPOSE OF ROLE: To lead turnaround preparation team in developing and providing competent, cost effective and timely Turnaround (TA) services to all manufacturing sites within the area, with the objective of improving the overall Turnaround quality, effectiveness and cost efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES : • Prepare complete plan for T/A jobs from scope development, estimation, scheduling, thru final field execution. • Lead T/A preparation team. • Coordinate with engineering, inspection and operations personnel for the turnaround work scope identification and issue resolution. • Estimate turnaround work scope for the development of the detailed job plans. • Coordinate with field contractors a detailed implementation plan of pre-turnaround, turnaround and post-turnaround work. • Prepare work scope for contracted out jobs. • Approve contractors schedule, manpower and equipment plans. EDUCATION & TRAINING University engineering degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrument EXPERIENCE : Minimum 12 years experience in petrochemical plant or refineries in maintenance and maintenance planning with substantial exposure to operational and technical activities.
