PURPOSE OF ROLE: Develop and provide competent, cost effective and timely Specialization services to manufacturing sites within the area, with the objective of improving the overall safety, effectiveness and cost efficiency of the delivery of these services. Accountable for managing service offering Scale-up and Spin-off into new L4 organizations when necessary. RESPONSIBILITIES : • Establish & maintain relationships with service customers (Affiliates) and monitor service delivery and ensure their needs are met. • Develop and maintain talent for Specialized Services Group organization. • Monitor and report capabilities development and potential gaps • Monitor SHE, operational and cost performance of Specialized Services in the area in support of monthly and quarterly performance challenge session. • Work with the contract department to identify, establish and maintain strategic Specialized Services contracts where appropriate EDUCATION & TRAINING • University engineering degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrument. EXPERIENCE : Minimum 8 years experience in petrochemical plant or refineries, with substantial exposure to operational and technical activities.
