level of people management, client servicing and business development skills. Your job includes understanding client’s business and
industry, business development, ensuring delivery and working out innovative solutions for meeting client requirements.
You must be a graduate, preferably an engineer (Diploma / Degree) with MBA with at least 5-7 years of experience in sales and service

understanding client mandate, accurate and thorough profiling, interviewing and sourcing right candidates. In this extremely demanding
and high profile role you would be responsible for revenues and client satisfaction.
You must be a graduate, preferable engineer (Diploma / Degree) with at least 3-5 years experience in recruiting personnel to any of the
above industry vertical. Domain knowledge in any of the above industry segment is desirable.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you would be responsible for assisting the recruitment managers and executives. You are required to
conduct CV searches utilizing various job portals and other sourcing strategies evaluating CV’s utilizing internal systems and procedures,
developing candidates shortlists and coordinating and conducting interviews. It is essential that the candidates have exceptional
interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels.
You must be a graduate of any discipline with a minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in the recruitment and executive search industry and should have thorough knowledge of MS Office and internet.
